Bianca has a vibrant, down to earth personality with a sound understanding of the local market, growing up in the Palm Beach area and now owning her own family home in Newport, with her husband of 13 years and 3 beautiful children. She has renovated 5 successive homes with a terrific eye for detail.
Bianca has grown up with a strong Real Estate background with her father’s 40 years in the industry and her commencement in Real Estate when she was 19 progressing to be the licensee of a prominent Real Estate company.
Providing her clients not only with this varied experience in the industry but a strong regional knowledge and extensive community contacts from Bilgola Nippers and Surf Club, Bilgola Swim Club, Peninsula Netball (Previous coach), Newport Rugby Club, Warringah Touch Football Association, Newport Primary, Sacred Heart and SCEGGS Redlands schools.
Running her own construction company and the numerous investment properties that she have purchased and renovated has provided her with a comprehensive overview of all facets of Real Estate and construction, company structure, government and statutory requirements and good business acumen.
Being proactive, full of drive and determination are defiantly the main qualities that she possesses. Always demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proven ability to build strong client relationships, faultless buyer follow up and skilled negotiating.
