About Erroll Sweeney
Hi, I’m Erroll Martinez Sweeney, a residential and lifestyle salesperson based at the Bayleys Hamilton office. I’m committed to helping you surpass all your goals and expectations when it comes to selling your property through utilising clear communication, transparency and my negotiation skills.
My upbringing was, to say the least, different. I was born in Spain and moved to New Zealand when I was three. From there onwards I lived one year in one country and the next in the other, making both English and Spanish my native languages. On completion of High School, I moved to Germany and helped my eldest brother Carlos manage his Spanish bar/restaurant “Muchos Mas” for a year.
During the time that I’ve lived in New Zealand, Morrinsville, the cream of the country, has been my hometown. However, for the last few years, I’ve lived in Hamilton, as I attended Waikato University, studying a Bachelor of Business Management. To support myself throughout those years I’ve worked as a bartender in various establishments in Hamilton.
Normally in my free time I’m at the Walton Golf course either playing golf or what feels like gardening. After hacking the ball for a few hours, I enjoy sitting in the clubrooms having a laugh with the new people I’ve met and getting to hear about what has transpired in their lives.
Property is versatile in regard to each person’s needs and wants.
